Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the property. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
High season surcharges: RM80.00 @ Borneo Rainforest Lodge (Apr, 15 Jul - 15 Oct 2011, March 2012)
RM100.00 @ Sukau Rainforest Lodge (Jul - Aug 2011)
Should your booking date falls within these high season surcharges dates, our representative will notify you via email on the additional cost before confirmation of total booking.
Single supplement: RM2,818.00
Includes: Tours, transfers, meals, accommodation, entrance fees and English speaking guide.
Excludes: Domestic airfare/tax (BKI-SDK and LDU-BKI), camera/video fee, snorkeling gear and items not mentioned.
What to bring: Sun block lotion, personal toiletries, swim wear, torch light, drinking water bottle, insect repellent, walking shoes, binoculars, camera, hat & raincoat.
